In January 2008 we took my dad to Waiourua Military Camp where he had served as a youngman of 18. He was so happy as we drove thru the streets, he enjoyed remembering those days.
I took this photo using a tripod and I did a 20 minute exposure, as I looked at the Southern Cross. I love the effect it gave! I took this on my cousin’s Dairy Farm, looking at Mount Egmont (Mount Taranaki) in January of 2008.
