Gorgeous Trees

On a recent trip to Maryland, I went for a walk each morning and I loved it as I walked thru a forest of trees.  Coming from a desert, this lush green really touched me!

I find mailboxes fun to look at, there are so many unique & different kinds. This one, a little house, is so cute! As you can see from the background, Maryland is covered with forest!

Trees and Pond

Maryland is a pretty state, very green with lots of forestry areas.  We had a wonderful time visiting our son and his family there.

Pelican Flying By

While our husbands went to Cape Canaveral, my friend Pam and Chelsea and I took a cruise out into the Fort Pierce Inlet, it was beautiful.  As we went along a Pelican came flying past us, luckily I had my camera in my hand!

The Magnolia Trees were in bloom when we were in Florida and they were beautiful!

Like Hawaii, there are beautiful flowers all over Florida, I saw lots of Hibiscus, there is something about them that seems regal and elegant!

I could take photographs of Magnolia’s all day.  I LOVE the contrast they have with the blue sky!  I LOVE their whiteness that reminds me of purity!  I LOVE taking photos of them!

Cattle Egret

There are lots of birds in Florida and they are beautiful.  There are a lot of Cattle Egret’s, which are a species of herons.  There is something graceful about this bird, both in it’s walk and when it flies.

Bunny on Easter

I got up on Easter morning and went for a walk, what a perfect Easter day to run into a bunny, he even stopped for a photo!

The flowers here in Florida are beautiful!  There are Magnolia Trees everywhere and they are in bloom, so pretty!

Betta Fish

We had a delicious dinner at my sisters and I had fun taking photos of their fish, a Betta Fish or Japanese Fighting Fish.  This is Sharkbait-ooh-ha-ha, yes that is his name!
