Hamilton, New Zealand
When I was a child, from the age of 3 – 6, I lived just to the left and down the hill from this beautiful Temple. Though I was young when we left New Zealand, looking at this photo brings back wonderful memories and joyous feelings of my childhood. The Hamilton Temple was dedicated on April 20, 1958 and I was there. This beautiful edifice is a Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Tulum, Mexico
Tulum was a very impressive place where the Mayan’s lived along the east coast of the Yucatán Peninsula on the Caribbean Sea in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico. Tulum was one of the last cities built and inhabited by the Maya, between the 13th and 15th centuries.

Tulum, Mexico
As I walked thru Tulum I felt like I had walked back into The Book of Mormon times. Tulum was one of the last cities built and inhabited by the Mayan, between the 13th and 15th centuries. This is their Temple which is the highest point in Tulum and looks out over the Caribbean Sea. It is a very picturesque spot. This particular day it was raining very hard.

Salt Lake City, Utah
The Salt Lake Temple was built by Mormon Pioneers and it took them 40 years to build. It was announced on July 28, 1847 and dedicated on April 6, 1893. The pioneers gave so much to build this Temple to their God. On the outside of the Salt Lake Temple is a gold plaque that says; ‘Holiness to the LORD The House of the LORD’.

The Angel Moroni sits on the highest spire of the Salt Lake Temple and is atop most Temples throughout the world. He is remembered for instructing and guiding the Prophet Joseph Smith to the Gold Plates, which Joseph was then able to translate into what we know today as The Book of Mormon. As a mortal man, Moroni was the last author in The Book of Mormon and his father was Mormon.

Today we went to a friend’s sealing in the Salt Lake Temple. She and her husband are here from Switzerland and Giulia asked me to take photos of her and Pio at the Temple and at the dinner that evening. I usually don’t do wedding photos, but being they are here for only a week, I decided to do it for them. It was an absolutely gorgeous day, so before I went into the Temple I walked around it and took some photos of the Temple and the billowing clouds above it.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The Philadelphia Pennsylvania Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be dedicated on September 18, 2016. We had the opportunity to go thru the open house. It is a beautiful Temple built with reminders of the city where it sits, Philadelphia. As you enter the foyer there is a beautiful painting of our Savior Jesus Christ, in the frame, above the Savior are two gills, reminding us of the sacred and important papers that were signed in this great city! To the right is another painting of Benjamin Franklin signing the Declaration of Independence.

Logan, Utah
The Logan Temple holds significance in our family, because Craig’s family members helped build it. It was dedicated on May 17, 1884 and built by some who had been pioneer’s walking across the plains. It sits majestically on a hill in Logan. The Logan Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Kona, Hawaii, Hawaii
I LOVE the setting of this Temple, it is gorgeous surrounded by Palm Trees. We spent some time in Kona in 2016 and I was able to take this photo. The Kona Temple was dedicated on January 23, 2000 and is one of 155 Temples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where it’s members are married not just ‘until death do they part’, but for Time and All Eternity! FAMILIES ARE FOREVER!!

Zollikofen, Switzerland
On our way to France we drove by the Bern Temple. The last time we were here (9 years ago) we went by the Temple so I could get a photo and I was so sad because it was under construction, they were putting Moroni on top. But now, finally I got it! Though it was a bit over cast and rained heavily as we drove thru France, I was able to get this lovely shot before the clouds let loose.
