Hibiscus

As I went for my walk there were so many places I could sit and RELAX, I chose here, where I could have my photo taken with these beautiful Red Hibiscus, LOVING HAWAII!

Waterfall; Road to Hana

Maui, Hawaii

Maui has been one of my least favorite Hawaiian Islands, until we took the road to Hana.  It was gorgeous, with waterfalls around each bend.  I look forward to returning soon!

Temple

Tulum, Mexico

Tulum was a very impressive place where the Mayan’s lived along the east coast of the Yucatán Peninsula on the Caribbean Sea in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico. Tulum was one of the last cities built and inhabited by the Maya, between the 13th and 15th centuries.

Water Droplet

It had rained right before I went for my morning walk and I saw some water droplet’s dripping off of things.  I loved the clarity of this water droplet dripping off of an orchid with part of the orchid reflected in the droplet.

I love watching the boats that pass along the shore, it is even more fun to be on the boat!

Peaceful View

This area is chained off and it has a sign that says; KAPU, Forbidden, Keep Out.  From what I understand it is a sacred spot and it has a very peaceful feel.  The birds and roosters were enjoying it’s peacefulness, this day.

Nene

The Nene or Hawaiian Goose, is the Hawaiian state bird.  It is endangered and protected by law.  They roam freely all over Kauai.

As I walked around the swimming pool I noticed this cute little coconut laying on the ground.  With my GoPro I was able to get this fun photo of it.

Watching Turtles

It was so fun watching these two snuggling turtles! Lots of people were enjoying their time on the beach with them!

Walking Her Dogs

As I prepared to take photos of this beautiful sunset, a lady walked by with her dogs, I love their silhouettes in this photo.

Hibiscus are pretty flowers, even with rain drops on them after a rain storm and with a  gray sky!

Over the Pacific Ocean

My husband, Craig, pulled off so I could get this photo of the sun setting over the Pacific Ocean.  It was so peaceful and beautiful, just me and a few other people enjoying an evening on the beach.

Bird House

We went to Wangler’s Steakhouse in Waimea, for dinner and it was delicious!  As we were leaving I saw this bird house nailed to a tree, I thought it was FUN!

As the sun was setting over the Pacific Ocean, I loved the light it shed on Waimea Pier!!
