Podiatry

Last November someone stepped on my toe and since then it hasn’t been growing right.  So, I went to the Podiatrist to find out what can be done.  Sadly, not a lot, but for now, he is checking for a fungal infection under the nail.  Now, I have a bandage on my left big toe until it is all better!

A Mouse

It was late and as I was going to bed when I heard some noise in the living room.  I went out there to find my husband trying to catch a mouse.  The mouse, of course, disappeared behind a wall.  He moved furniture around to keep it away from our bedroom, for the night, at least.  I had to put my feet up and RELAX, as much as I could, I suppose, with a MOUSE IN THE HOUSE!  Good news, we caught it a few days later!

Seagull

This was the perfect place for me to put my feet up and RELAX as I was floating on The Great Salt Lake with Seagulls, it was so fun!!

Fossil Lake

We went to Fossil Butte National Monument which sits on Fossil Lake and it is amazing!  Over 100 years of intensive collecting has revealed a wide diversity of fossil fish, reptiles, birds, mammals, insects, and plants.  Just outside of the museum was the perfect place for me to put my feet up and RELAX!

My grandson was so cute, he floated over by me and together we RELAXED and ENJOYED our time floating on the Great Salt Lake!

Swimming Fun

Summer is such a fun time and swimming fun is one of my favorites!  I was just laying back and RELAXING when my grandson took off, so fun!

Fun Time

We had an awesome 4th of July and I hope you did, too!  Our family came for a barbecue and we had a fun time together.  The grandkiddies loved having their Uncle ‘Big Mike’ throw them into the water!   I just RELAXED, watched and took photos!

I took the opportunity when no one was around to sit on the line of New Mexico & Arizona while I looked at Utah & Colorado.  It was a very hot, but fun day!

We drove out into the boonies because there isn’t much out at Four Corners. There is a monument and booths where Indians sell their wears, many are homemade and they are pretty impressive!  I RELAXED and ENJOYED watching people stand on all four states at the same time, it was fun!

We spent a lot of time in the Petrified Forest, starting with the Painted Desert.  It was breathtaking! The perfect spot to put my feet up and RELAX!

My husband had fun blowing bubbles and I had fun RELAXING with my feet up & I ENJOYED watching him.  Now you must know that he wasn’t doing this for me, but rather for our little grandson who had so much fun chasing the bubbles!

I finally got to see La La Land, GREAT movie! It reminds me of an old movie with a modern fling! This was just the right place to put up my feet and RELAX & ENJOY the show!

After a fun, long, hot walk, my grandson was exhausted, so he sat down and put up his feet, what a kid!!

Butterbeer

ENJOYING a RELAXING moment at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade at Universal Orlando.  The Butterbeer was delicious, as you can see mine is all gone!  It was a popular wizarding beverage described as tasting “a little bit like less-sickly butterscotch”, and that is true!
