Ski Runs

Wherever you walk, around Jackson, you can see the ski runs on the mountain.  As I look at them it makes me wonderful what Jackson must be like in the winter; lots of snow, very cold, but so much fun!

Thru a Fence

Jackson Hole, Wyoming

As I went on my morning walk, here in Jackson Hole, I could see the ski runs on the mountain. For the warmer weather there are tennis courts, river rafting and much more.  I thought this photos was kinda cool looking thru a fence at the ski runs on the mountain.

Hanging Flowers

There were beautiful flowers all over Jackson Hole, hanging from buildings, in pots, here there and everywhere and they were so pretty!

Fossil Lake

We went to Fossil Butte National Monument which sits on Fossil Lake and it is amazing!  Over 100 years of intensive collecting has revealed a wide diversity of fossil fish, reptiles, birds, mammals, insects, and plants.  Just outside of the museum was the perfect place for me to put my feet up and RELAX!

Kayaking

There were kayakers on the Snake River as well as rafters and we had so much fun watching them!

Water Fun

Echo Reservoir, Utah

We went with friends on a road trip to Jackson Hole, Wyoming.  On the way we passed Echo Reservoir where we saw people having fun on the water.  It looked awesome!

Hawk and Fish

On our way to Jackson Hole, Wyoming we saw a Hawk’s nest on a pole and stopped to take photos.  While taking photos, out of the corner of my eye, I saw another Hawk circling around and I started taking photos of it and then I saw it had a fish in it’s claws, I was so excited!

Water Skiing

On our way to Jackson, Wyoming, we watched people having fun on the water.  I admire those who waterski, because I have never been able to get up, though I’ve tried, HA! HA!

This is my speed, floating slowly down the Snake River.  This photo sure makes us look small, doesn’t it?

Red Bridge

As we drove thru Wyoming we saw this pretty, fun, Red Bridge that appeared out of nowhere.  It really stands out with the greenery around it.

Hawk in Nest

While traveling to Jackson Hole, Wyoming we saw a nest with a Hawk in it on top of a pole.  We got out to take photos.  As I was taking photos another Hawk flew over the nest and then the two Hawks started talking to each other.  It was so cool!

Added Beauty

From what I can tell this is a butterfly because butterflies have a bulb at the end of their antennas and moths do not.  The flowers around the  Star Valley Wyoming Temple were so pretty and this one with a butterfly on it, well, it just added to it’s beauty!

On our way to Jackson Hole, Wyoming we passed by the Star Valley Wyoming Temple.  It is a very beautiful Temple surrounded by gorgeous flowers!

As I was floating on the Great Salt Lake, I saw a Seagull flying past me, so I quickly took this photo, so fun!

My grandson was so cute, he floated over by me and together we RELAXED and ENJOYED our time floating on the Great Salt Lake!

When I fly and look down at the world I wonder what our Heavenly Father thinks when he looks down.  I love these snow topped mountains we saw as we flew to Florida a few months ago.

Floating with Friends

We took some of our friends out to the Great Salt Lake and it was so fun RELAXING as we floated around!

Antelope Island

Great Salt Lake, Utah

As we took off for Florida, earlier this year, I had a beautiful view of the Great Salt Lake and Antelope Island in the foreground.  Antelope Island is the largest island in the Great Salt Lake and Stansbury Island, in the background, is the second largest.

Thru the Wild Grass

Antelope Island is pretty barren, I thought it was pretty, though, looking thru the wild grass to The Great Salt Lake.

For any of you who have never had the experience of going in the Great Salt Lake or the Dead Sea, you have missed out!  It is a very interesting experience to lay back in the water and just float, yes, you really just float!  Thanks to my daughter and grandson for this fun photo!
